— Our founding belief
Who we are

Care rooted in the Central Valley.

Havenway Care Group is a CVRC-vendored Supported Living Services provider delivering high-quality, person-centered support to adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities.

Our mission is to help individuals live independently, make meaningful choices, and lead self-directed lives — through a commitment to dignity, respect, and the discovery of what is important to and important for each person. Every support is individualized and least-restrictive, aligned with the Lanterman Act, the HCBS Final Rule, and the vision of Central Valley Regional Center.

We're based here. We know the community, the resources, and the people — and we show up, every day, for the individuals and families who trust us.

What support looks like

Everyday help, shaped around you.

No two people have the same needs, goals, or definition of a good life. Our Direct Support Professionals provide only the level of support each person actually wants — building independence as they go.

Personal care & daily living

Hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation with respectful, hands-on support — exactly as much as each person needs, no more.

Medication & health monitoring

Medication management, appointment coordination, and quiet, consistent health monitoring so nothing falls through the cracks.

Money management & decisions

Budgeting, shopping skills, and informed decision-making that put each person in charge of their own money and choices.

Community access & relationships

Outings, recreation, employment, and the natural relationships that turn a place to live into a real, full life.

Cooking, cleaning & laundry

Household skills training that builds real self-sufficiency — from a home-cooked meal to a load of laundry done independently.

Rides to appointments & errands

Reliable transportation to medical visits, errands, work, and community life — so getting there is never the barrier.

Goals we build toward together

Progress you can actually measure.

Our Supported Living program is designed around clear, individualized outcomes aligned with Title 17 — each one tracked at the individual's own pace and reviewed with them regularly.
