Havenway Care Group provides person-centered Supported Living Services to adults with developmental disabilities across California's Central Valley — 1:1 support at home and in the community, built entirely around the life each person wants to live.
Every person deserves to live in their own home, with their own routines, and the freedom to choose what a good day looks like.— Our founding belief
Havenway Care Group is a CVRC-vendored Supported Living Services provider delivering high-quality, person-centered support to adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities.
Our mission is to help individuals live independently, make meaningful choices, and lead self-directed lives — through a commitment to dignity, respect, and the discovery of what is important to and important for each person. Every support is individualized and least-restrictive, aligned with the Lanterman Act, the HCBS Final Rule, and the vision of Central Valley Regional Center.
We're based here. We know the community, the resources, and the people — and we show up, every day, for the individuals and families who trust us.
No two people have the same needs, goals, or definition of a good life. Our Direct Support Professionals provide only the level of support each person actually wants — building independence as they go.
Hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation with respectful, hands-on support — exactly as much as each person needs, no more.
Medication management, appointment coordination, and quiet, consistent health monitoring so nothing falls through the cracks.
Budgeting, shopping skills, and informed decision-making that put each person in charge of their own money and choices.
Outings, recreation, employment, and the natural relationships that turn a place to live into a real, full life.
Household skills training that builds real self-sufficiency — from a home-cooked meal to a load of laundry done independently.
Reliable transportation to medical visits, errands, work, and community life — so getting there is never the barrier.
Our Supported Living program is designed around clear, individualized outcomes aligned with Title 17 — each one tracked at the individual's own pace and reviewed with them regularly.
Build and maintain the skills for daily life — hygiene, meal prep, household management, and personal organization.
Support informed decisions about daily life, housing, finances, and personal goals — decisions made with each person, never for them.
Maintain safe living environments and confident awareness of health, medication, and emergency procedures.
Obtain and keep safe, stable housing in the community of one's choice, with the tenancy skills to sustain it.
Take an active part in community life and grow natural supports and relationships — with staff support fading over time.

“Your goals lead the way.” As Executive Director, Kazmeir helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities recognize their strengths, make their own choices, and build independence through skill-building, goal development, and individualized planning. A background in person-centered residential support, community service, and team leadership drives a culture of accountability and belonging.
Since 2023, across family-home and community settings with two established residential care providers, Alonzo has supported individuals with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional and Registered Behavior Technician. Using ABA, behavioral support, and life-skills coaching, he helps each person make their own choices, build independence, and reach their goals — giving families and coordinators a dedicated, ethical partner.
From first contact to active services, we keep the process transparent for individuals, families, and service coordinators alike.
